um, ill draw a new one, that can have glowey spots, but, i would need help, i dont know how to make stuff glow

On a layer below the spot you want your glowy, use the airbrush or watercolor to spread a circle (not too big!) and with your blur tool, blur the edges until it looks nice and glowy. c:

alright, luckily the way i drew this, i kinda made a stencil, so i can remove the color and do some editing, so it doesnt look like me
