When traveling through the Realm of Darkness, Nero found himself being attacked by these strange shadow-like creatures. Nero didn't think too much of them, as they were small in size and few in number. That soon change when he discovered that traditional attacks were not effective. Before he knew it, the wolf was surrounded. The strange creatures were numbered in the thousands. His fire and dark elemental attack seems to work in staving off the beasts but he couldn't keep up his attack. These monsters tackled Nero down and swarmed him. He knew at that moment that death was certain but just as he was to submit, he felt a surge rush through him, particularly from his demonic right arm. His negative emotions spiraled out of control. Twisting his form into that of the creatures that attack him, while at the same time keeping him appearance. When the strange shadows took notice of Nero's change, they began to flee in fear. However it was futile. This new Nero went on a rampage. A literal killing spree, wiping out everything in sight. When the dust finally settled only Nero was left howling into the darkness until a beam of light shot through his body and he collapsed. When he finally came to, Nero found himself standing on bright platform with what looked like an image of him and the people closest to him on it. Even stranger to him was that he was now holding a strange sword which was shaped remotely similar to a....key. As he tried to make sense out of what wad happening to him, a voice called out to him.

"Nero. Step forward and all will be revealed"
