Yes, this one is the most invasive of the lot. It latches in, ingests and extracts large sections of the brain then runs tendrils throughout the host to make it more suitable. Then its own body begins to transform to optimize for the composite life form.

It's a little like Venon from Marvel? He is highly addicting and can be lethal for the host to lose the symbiont after a little with it, because they also apparently consume something from the host.
