a christmas present for  MysteriousOctopuss

Come time ago he said he wanted his character Spencer to be a charwuff (Charmander/Wolf) but I could never quite picture what it would look like. I went and got ye olde poke-tome ( Pokemon Crystal Version Player's Guide ) and figured it out like this. He's mostly fur but the yellow belly ares it scaley up until the tail but comes back on the tip for the flame. This fur is fire proof but the end of his tail makes it too impossible for the fur to grow there. He's got Umbreon stripes but with rings that kind of float around his ears and can be removed for wearing elsewhere.

The Sketch in the top left was intended to be of him in a uniform but I realized I can't draw those without reference and since time was short, I just did the cute loing cloth |b
