Mmmmm well I just notice in all your pictures the hands are always "cupped" rarely flexing or properly grabbing. Maybe in this one have it flat on the ground, it makes the support better since he's leaning over her. I'm... not sure what the far hand is meant to be doing, but it would be more comfortable for the character if both hands were flat on the ground. The fingers spread out would make it more interesting and add intensity to the mood.
And I just noticed at the angle the red one is at, you shouldn't be able to see the bottom of her foot. It should be turned away from the "audience". I know it's meant to be turned "outward" since anthro feet are longer than human feet, but perspective would still apply to it.

No problem. Hands were tough for me too. But the thing that I realized is that hands are just as expressive as faces and words so they're something to REALLY pay attention to, for both the artist and the viewer. An easy way to /plan/ out hand placement and positioning is to map out a simple shape of where the hand is going or what it's being placed on. And for the fingers, sketch out cuboids, or 3D rectangles. The most basic shape for fingers is a cuboid, that'll help too.
