I think it's different enough to get away with copyright infringement. Pretty different from a flygon. It's there, but it's different enough. I think the only arguement to that end is the color scheme. What can I say? It's exotic.

Anywho. His name is now Lachesis, based on the name in Greek Mythos. Lachesis was the godess who determined the length of someone's life. Which is semi appropriate for his character.
