Beautiful. Touching. Interesting. Shame there's no more comments, not too many have even seen this little poem. I think it's great. The words in the brackets reminded me of Stephen King's style, how he is used to put hidden or subconcious thoughts in italics between paragraphs. The bracketed lines sort of a told another, secret story alongside the main poem. Great poem, I truly enjoyed reading this.
