Yes you can get free Art here! I made this Account for People who don't have so much money, or just want to have a picture of their characters.

What do I have to do to get free art?
Watch me here and here -> and send me a note of what you want. Be sure to read the rules. I'll see if you did. If not I'll not draw you something until you did :)

But know that I don't have so much time for free art. I do it for people who haven't the money, I'll need time and it can be everything from a sketch to a chibi or a full drawing picture.
