Looks really good! The head movement is fluid and the movements look natural.
One thing I would say is to hold off on flipping the perspective of the hair until the head is definitely in motion, rather than flipping it at the start of the head turn. You can mask the cheat better that way. Perhaps putting in an intermediary frame or two will help it flow better?
Other than that, maybe an extra frame on that lower hand before it hits the elbow might make it flow a little better. Right now it kind of snaps.

Very nicely done. The only thing I'd mention is that it feels a tad slow, like every movement is super deliberate. It might flow a little more naturally if you could speed it up like 25-50% and add a slight pause after the blink to keep the tempo... unless you were going for a deliberate feel, in which case you nailed it. :p
Then again, I suppose it might just be the computer I am on lagging. For reference it loops in about 2.5 second intervals.
