The character in the picture is assistant to Ridge, one of my original characters and a friend of Meroe.
Blue helps Ridge in his workshop and in other situations where Ridge needs an extra set of hands, though not necessarily Blue's smart mouth.
Originally, this character was a mindless, floating, robotic ball who assisted Ridge, but over time I adapted a personality to him until finally I had Ridge upgrade his assistant into the little guy you see here. Meroe and the others joke that Ridge made himself a son. Ridge denies it and still treats Blue like his assistant, but in secret, Ridge gives him presents. :)
