She lost her cool trying to protect the one person who loves her for who she is personally, and cares not for her name. She regrets becoming the one person she despises, which is her mother. She is now even more afraid of herself than ever with that outburst, and may fear she may become her mother.
either that, or aren't...aggressive? maybe? They aren't fighting back, anyways. if they were dogs, they'd be in full appeasement mode.
I doubt Snowy has ever been the focus of fearful adoration (or respect), before.
It may say something about angelic culture, that the proper response to being beaten with overwhelming force is to fearfully respect your beater....

I still don't feel much sympathy for Yellow there - he was playing with fire when he was tugging on Buwaro's pendant - kinda like toying with the pin on a grenade. He just didn't want to listen to people, either. Add on top of that that he didn't say it was a sleeping spell...well...who can blame Kieri for assuming the worst in that moment and acting accordingly?
Her, however, I do feel sorry for. Being driven to act that violently takes a lot out of someone, physically and mentally, especially when the adrenaline wears off, like it seems to be now. I just hope Kieri isn't too hard on herself - after all, she didn't do this without provocation.

Well, Snowy, we have just determined that the angelic hierarchy is based on barbaric, violent practices, id ruled by fear, and explaining why Snowy was treated as she was, and, unfortunately, she will now have to deal with the monster that she has become/her culture desired.
Not that she actually has, yet, but this will still be messy.
