You know what? This should totally be a thing. Just because the apocalypse didn't happen doesn't mean she can't dress like it did. We have subcultures in vampire/werewolf goth, screamer punk, paint raver. You should absolutely start the apocalyptic subculture dress style. That would just completely kick ass.

Well I always like to add a tinge of those things to my daily attire... Mostly steampunk, but the postapoc thing is coming back and I have so much extra stuff leftover from last time it was cool!

Steampunk is making a giant comeback, you know what I never saw get off the ground though? Cyberpunk. As cool a concept as it is, why did this never take off?

How old are you? It was huge while I was in high school.
Steampunk came back fairly recently and bit the dirt just as quickly (bummer). Just teashes you to hold on to all of your #punk stuff, because it always rises again!

28 for the record. Usually specific styles only take place locally. Where I was at in high school it was the farmer look, but that's NC for you.

Yeah I'm also 28.
Denver is so fickle.
But there are still jugglers, slack-rope walkers, and unicycleists invading our city parks. I think "circus punk" is up and coming. ...Not sure I'm going to join that crowd. The hipsters are mutating!

oh I should have forseen that Dark Carnival was coming back. Don't worry it will only last about 3 weeks. Dark Carnival takes a skill set that most people don't have. Juggling, cycling, balancing, tumbling, and ventriloquistry. Reds, blacks, and whites dominate this visually in color, but it is a gateway back to goth which leads to.... -sigh- vampire...

Ugh...yeah, that'd be a problem.

But unshaven legs ain't no thing :) I had a gf/fiancee/whatevs for 6 years, she never shaved and I didn't mind one bit. Hair ain't the devil folks make it out to be--until you do stuff like smear paint in it ;)

You know, judging by the complete lack of snow in all of these pictures of Colorado in winter, I'm thinking the apocalypse might be closer than we think!

It's been a pretty mild winter. I hope it stays that way!
There was lots of snow when we started planning this shoot, but by the time it came around there was hardly any!
