Greatly increases fortune on the part of the user by stealing it from a target. Its user needs a source of flame/electricity within the Stand’s range in order to activate the ability. Opponent becomes more prone to failure/accident/inaccuracy, while the Stand’s user will have additional opportunities for retaliation or escape (though this doesn’t always mean the user can take advantage of them). Very dangerous in areas with high risk of injury.
