One of Meat Girl's rivals, Nausea is an undead cadaver wielding the Book of Pestilence on a mission to steal it's sister book, the Necronomicon from her old master.

Nausea fights with the family of leeches, vermin and insects within her in a testy parasitic relationship that has her constantly feeding on flesh (aka Meat Girl and Co.) to prevent herself from eaten entirely. She hopes that the Necronomicon can command the pests to obey her, or at least kill them dead.

Her demeanor is apathetic and anemic, constantly talking to the pests that act on their own will. Her bloated elephantiasitic limbs host the insects and vermin while the leeches fill her entire digestive tract, breaking through her back ribs. Since her hands are useless, the leeches and flies pick things up for her. The leeches even form makeshift muscles for her most atrophy parts.

She also wields toxic gas and poisons from her various orifices, as if it wasn't obvious.
