The new villain for Nuclear Dog, also my most creative one I had :D although he used to be named Rab-bot, but  Virus-20 told me he should be name "MechanoHare" so i went with it :D

The most dangerous villain of Nuclear Dog, he is known for his odd Steam Punk fashion and is crazy contraptions that could take over all of the technology in the world. His control pad on his chest allows him to control everything including his hat which can be used to control any vehicle he wants that way he can kill whoever is in the vehicle or steal from the vehicle. He can also control computers, phones, games and even televisions to attack the innocent civilians. He is considered to be one of the most dangerous villains of all type and impossible to catch, this mad man comes up with a new way to destroy anything almost everyday.
