Dragon keeper/soldier/guard design, and doodles featuring him.
the story has a keeper standing "straight as a post" so I basically designed him as a post. Nondescript bird of prey. (FYI the original text has nothing to do with medieval guards and fantasy dragons, we just made stuff up but kept the pacing and dialogue).
I go really 2D-doodley when designing cartoon characters now, and my group mate is like CONSTRUCT EVERYTHING (from balls and sacks) so yeah we don't really draw each others' designs the same D:
