Kinda reminds to me last episodes of Get Backers

an epic piece! again, a few proportional things off. Do you do an under-drawing to start with? Using that and indication where things are in relationship to other things in the body is really helpful. You show the classic signs of someone that doesn't do that because some things look awkward and elongated in odd ways or bent in odd ways that indicates more straightforward drawing with little to no underwork or set up. so I might suggest working out how the body fits together before going into things like detail, shading, and musculature.

That's just a suggestion, but still, this is beautiful work none the less, thus the reason I faved it, so keep doing what you do man XD Cheers!
