During 2007, there were a number of weather-related occurrences, such as blizzards throughout North America and Europe, hurricanes hitting Mexico, abnormal heat waves worldwide, etc.
This past summer, England set a one-day record for rainfall, resulting in massive flooding throughout the British countryside. I couldn't let a story like THIS go unillustrated, without including one of the U.K.'s outstanding 'fat furry' characters (even though he's not exactly standing)...
