What kind of personality does the character have? Is it just a monster or something more sophisticated?

Its a Mosnter with multiple personalitys. It's very flexible, because at each LARP-Event it can be another kind of Monster. Maybe the right Hand of a mighty evil Mage, or the mighty evil itself. A Demon or a harried creature.
But when i can choose what and how i want to play it. It is a back-stabbing, scurry, blood-lusting Creature.
