The tea is simple but the fragrance you get from it,is beyond amazing...
What you will need:
* A cooking pot with a lid
* Water
* Whole cinnamon sticks (usually sold loose or bagged at a grocery store, check the spices section.)
I was hesitant at first to try it but once I took a wiff of this tea I was a fan. It really clears up my nose as well, there isn't much I can say for this tea because it is so simple but I prefer it over any other tea for myself.
How to prepare: Preparation is so easy a 5 year old could do it! All you need is a large pot with a lid fill it up with water till its practically full then put one cinnamon stick in and cover and let it boil. After it is boiling turn it off and leave it covered and set. It is better to let it set over night, or for at least a few hours, for best quality it is best to make it before bed and let is set. It is done when you see a deep red, or blood red color. Then just heat it up in a cup and add desired amount of sugar, my suggestion is 1 to 2 packets of Splenda per mug.

I am amused and must point out that your cinnamon tea is not actually photographed with cinnamon as the ingredient. What you have pictured is a cheap facsimile of cinnamon, sometimes called Chinese cinnamon, or cassia. Cassia does indeed have a more pungent aroma than true cinnamon. True cinnamon is not weak, but is a much sweeter flavor than the cassia.
