DrawCast is ok, it has a commenting/fave/like system. ArtStudio Lite is probably better though, it's like having photoshop in your pocket X3 I haven't made a full painting with it yet but I've looked at all the features and played around, seems fantastic and I intend to use it next.
I just found the thinnest and cheapest Stylus I could. It was $8.
