did u make this and how much would just the legs be not including hooves?

Yes, I did make this - it is far easier than it might look, especially with a sewing machine. It is mostly foam padding in the right places (upper leg and lower leg as well as above the hooves). I can provide a link to a how-to, if neccessary - but currently I have admittedly not given thought to creating comissions.

Part of the looks comes from another foam padding directly above the foot towards the shins so I am not entirely sure if it would work without hooves of a similar build. Yet apart from that, it would largely depend on the type of fur chosen, if and when I can obtain it - and of course sending it to Your location.
