Scouting! A very important card that can help you plan ahead! It lets you see the hand of an opposing team! This not only means that you can see an opponent's hand, but his whole team's hands! Sometimes, gathering intel is the way to win. If you know what your enemy can do, simply look at their hand!

Just read the rules.
I like this card but it seems underpowered as there is no actual reason why seeing your opponents hand is actually useful as traps are played onto the field and units are immediately played unless you cant meet their requirements.
I would suggest being able to also see traps or possibly give this card an up down effect such as draw and discard a card. It seems that gaining more troops would be more useful then seeing that your opponent now has more troops then you since you used one of your two cards per turn to look at your opponents positions and vehicles in their hand

It helps you see events they may have in their hands as well. It isn't a particularly powerful card, it's just meant to help you prepare for what your opponents are getting ready for. Series 2 might include seeing the traps or something too, need to figure out how well it'd work in-game.
just think about what change in descitions you would make because of the learned knowledge. Since there arent many choices of when to play something as opposed to a different thing then I dont see it as useful. For example in magic the gathering you will have 5 things in your hand, and playing one creature over another might be a decision that changes based on what secrets your opponents hand holds. In this game, you play everything in your hand immediatly including traps which go down on the field, therefore less decisions make for less use out of this card. The only way that you could get use out of this card in a useful way is if it changed your decisions. Your going to play all your troops anyways no matter what your opponent has. Maybe a possibility could be seeing your opponent has a tank so you could save your grenade for that tank instead of terminating a troop. However seeing as terminating a troop could set back the playing of the tank, the decision still isnt that important and therefore it would probably be more useful to just have another grenade, as in Having two grenades to throw rather then having a good idea of what to throw your one grenade at. The only way I could see you being able to significantly get decision changing use out of this card is by seeing your opponents traps.
Another fun idea is making a card to rearrange the top ten or so cards of your opponents deck, therefore actually altering the flow of the game
