That looks like its near the old Sunoco refinery in Tulsa. As the new parallel track has fresh ballast laid down and not evened out yet.

Just west of the refinery.. Was waiting to see if a train would be on it this morning.. But no luck.. I'll try again some other morning..

These tracks head off towards Enid OK and beyound. They meet up with the tracks somewhere's west of there that continue on west to Cal.
