I was asked to do a series of six images representing six different World War 2 Allies powers. The commissioner has plans to reproduce these images on an actual aircraft, so you may see them in the sky someday! ^_^
This sultry fennec fox represents the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and I decided that the plane name she would have graced would have been "Sheik 'Em Up!"
Prints of this series should be available online once all of the proper parties have given their permission. You can thank

Very pretty fox! Easy to forget just how dangerous some of these adorable and cute critters really are. "Fennec" has been applied to quite a bit of military metal over the years.
One variant of the T-28_Trojan was known as the "Fennec".
Example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:N.....T28_Fennec.jpg
More recently, they have a Fennec reconnaissance vehicle and a Fennec helicopter.
By the way, can the gunners give us a rim shot for that pun?
