Pokemon types aren't determined by a Punnet Square. Hair and eye color is, because they're naturally occuring genetic mutations. Two Lucarios will always give birth to another Lucario (or Riolu). A pokemon can not breed with another pokemon outside of its egg group, so the possibility of gaining the Grass type is pretty much impossible.
