Its well known In the real world I have a thing for all things green especially plants and flowers i am a gardener at heart and think more people need to grow things. Many people claim they have a black thumb I beg to differ. In humanity is the capacity to love and nurture gardening is like taking care of your pet. it takes work and effort and dedication we give up too easy or kill our yards with kindness. Its trying sometimes but hard work pays off in bounty. Gardening brigs you excersize, joy and pride in work you did yourself. It makes people smile when they walk by and admire flowers. It brings joy into the heart when a flowers scent brings back memories. All you need to do often is water provide a little fertilizer and light. And a bit of love. If anyone has questions with plants i try t o give the best answers possible. So for my upcoming birthday ( jan 16) crux gave me this greening a city on a mega scale. Cities can seems barren but a city that has green has been shown to have less crime and happier people over all. I can be a force of destruction but I also can be a force that nurtures and grows. Thank you Crux for showing us theres more to macros then just size sex and city shaking destruction. I feel honored to have this gift. I Inherited my love of art and gardening through my mother and grandfather so yeah I'm a horticultural nerd. And through my love of plants i express much of myself that I have trouble sharing with people every scent every color every texture that's is me. In its delightful mess and unkept mess of my Gotta have it all hodge podge, maybe you'll find something beautiful or just a mess that's part of the fun I suppose,. So below are some memorable quotes to help you understand what wisdom and deepness can lie in growing things.
A rose is a rose by any other name. Would smell just as sweet. the phrase is varied but the meaning is the same. Another one I love is gardens are food for the soul.
I never had any other desire so strong, and so like to covetousness, as that one which I have had always, that I might be master at last of a small house and a large Garden.
My green thumb came only as a result of the mistakes I made while learning to see things from the plant's point of view. ~H. Fred Dale
In gardens, beauty is a by-product. The main business is sex and death. ~Sam Llewelyn

Hey, I enjoyed reading your description, and I gotta agree with you there. One of my favorite things to do is garden. It took me years to get it down but I'm finally getting to the point where my garden is producing things. Getting outside and working in the soil to me is just a very uplifting experience and I find since I've started gardening my mood has improved and I just feel better overall. The work, to me, is all part of the fun. Another thing too, you're totally right. Its been proven that plantlife improves people's mood and relaxes and de-stresses people. My uncle's mother is 90 years old, but its hard to believe when you meet her. Her garden takes up her entire yard and she maintains it totally by herself, even pulling several black garbage bags worth of weeds in one day. My grandmother is the same way. Its all about being active and getting outside.
My love of gardening, I think, came from my grandfather, who bought a second lot in his neighborhood for his massive vegetable garden. As a kid I helped him occasionally but I honestly think my experiences over there visiting him really cemented my love of gardening. Every time I expand mine I run out of room. I'd take up all the grass in my yard if I could.
Anyway sorry for the long comment

Some people just can't stomach nature because they believe that it's getting in the way, but it's not. I care about nature. It's just I am intolerant of those who favor technology over nature instead of keep them at balance. Technology may be good, but nature is even better. Therefore, I decided to protect Mother Nature. Happy Early Birthday, Rexx.
