kutakuinkinnoin's personal concept of the Boogeyman! I really LOVE this character and design!
They way i imagine this scene is that your walking down an alley and see him facing away from you alone, so you slowly approach him to figure out what the hell he is and just before you get close enough he turns his head to you(as shown above) and says something like "Oh! Why i didn't see you there!" Then proceeds to lunge at you and devour your face!
XD Thats if he is indeed really that evil anyway. =3
