From an oolllld RPG I was in, Maguro is a Houndoom in human form (or as human as they could get). He's with his, er, friend, Ichiro, who in the game, was one of the Team Rocket scientists that worked to create pokemorphs like him.

I got yelled at in the game for him not being Furry enough by one of the players. D: Nothing in the rules said he had to look a certain way or anything, so I don't see what the problem was. I had a lot of fun determining his human features based on his pokemon ones, though.
I was also in a class on evolutionary anthropology at the time, so. :P
