I think given that the original design of the Zoroark pokemon was to be somewhat feminine/slender in its human-like physique, and how his/her limbs are shaped, there may have not been much room left for making it look more masculine as a male anthro version of it.

This said though, I like the standing pose he's holding and the mischievious-looking expression with him rolling his tongue across his lips. :)

I think I've seen some very masculine looking zoroark fanart around here, so I know its possible.
