I got another several years later when I worked at an aviary, she too was a hand raised spoiled little girl. When I got sick tho I couldn't keep her so she went to live with a classmate of mine. I cannot have birds now due to my low immune system and the doc says they carry some lung ailment in the feces that I can catch. It doesn't stop me from making regular trips to the petshop to play with their Conures and Cockatiels. None of their lovebirds have ever been handtame.
yes I do. Bitty went to live with my classmate in 1991, she could still be alive but I don't know. One day I do hope I can get another bird. I miss having one. So for now this is what I do;
