I'm pretty sure Morrigi are supposed to have four arms, two wings, and four legs.

But then again you don't see very much of them the way SOTS is.

And his wings are obscuring most of his lower body.

Very late reply, but the Gold expansion for The Pit introduces a playable Morrigi Striker known as Nemesis. Going by her game-sprite, the limb count seems to be four legs, two arms, two wings.
