Now that the case is finished, we are starting to work on the musical parts of the harpsichord.

The first white plank you see is glued on the chestplank, and is here just for decoration purpose. The wing-shaped one, though, is the soundboard, and this one is the most important of all the different parts.
It's a very thin piece of wood, and it will vibrate with the strings and transfer their sounds to the case below to help them resonate.
It's the harpsichord's heart ^^

Here, the soundboard is just carved and cleaned to fit inside our case.
There's still a lot to do before gluing the soundboard in the case, but it looked so nice in there that I couldn't resist, and took this picture. Huhu...
