This is not a tutorial, I'm just showing how I made the vents to prevent the fogging in the eyes. Hope this help.

I might suggest making the eye itself out of a breathable material rather than having to cut a hole in it.

actually yes, it wouldn't be a problem if I don't add the the sheet to make them shine D: other artists leave bare spots around the eyes to let the air vent. The holes are not visible at first view, it was hard to take a picture where they could be clearly appreciated x3

I actually don't know too many fursuit makers who do use that plastic sheeting; its a thing most usually leave out because it tends to make it hard to see out of and does have this problem with fogging.

most artists dont use the plastic sheet but its a different method of doing it. Its a method that, when done right, can add a lot of life and style to a suit. Everyone has their own way of compensating for the fogging problem though.

I've seen a ton of fursuit makers in japan pull this off real well; I might suggest poking around with them about it. There was a real nice tutorial about glossy eyes here on FA but I can't remember for the life of me where it was.

I think i know the tutorial you are talking about. The Japanese one with all the pastel colors and lots of illustrations? It was wonderful! If anyone wants it im sure i have it saved to my computer somewhere and if not i can track it down.
and those Japanese suits, those things are amazing!
