Today's (well, Yesterday's)comic for Valleydog; cross-posted onto the FA page as well, but figured I post it here as well for humour and promotional sake.
There is a hint of truth to this - the lightest sprinkle will cause any Californian to go into a panic mode. Which, given how the 'yote Francis, who originated from an area that tends to be hit by severe storms every now and then, is rather a feat roll one's eyes at, if not just laughable.
