Looking good.
One experiment I did was hook the following together.
Arduino + Sparkfun Spectrum Sheild + Sparkfun EL Escudo Dos
I wired 7 EL Wires into a cloak and had a microphone and preamp as part of the clasp. When I was on the dance flor the cloak would pulse and flash to the music - looked really cool!!!
