Don't know if you intended for everything to be moving...I will assume you didn't since it's your first one. And also not sure what process you used to create this...
To make things exactly the same from one layer to another layer in PhotoShop, use the Duplicate Layer command instead of copying and pasteing. Then you can just change the eye/mouth and the rest won't move at all.
If you're using Flash (or some other programs), copy then use the Paste In Place command to get stuff in the exact same place.
