Oh, I was laughing at that part. Even if it wasn't foreshadowing, that was Grade-S trolling right there. And I was one of the people who hated NewDante's look. He's actually redeemed himself quite a bit since then. Still a little twit, but I've seen far worse in fiction (Bella/Tidus spring immediately to mind, and also makes me wanna write a fanfic about that pairing...)
That's how I felt. I was like "OK Capcom, what are you gunna do with him??? Is that really Dante or are you trollin'?"
They made him A+ how he should be when young. Scrawny, rebel, punkass, snide.... Just my type. And I absolutely love what they did to Vergil. :D

I'm also glad they did away with the ridiculous sword piercings. Those never really looked as cool as they wanted, any clothing damage was instantly repaired, and it only made me ask why I couldn't shrug that damage off in gameplay like I could in the cutscenes. Also, how did he get That one sword's dragon head hilt through his chest? He should have had a hole the size of his head through his torso.

I'm serious. Sora, Kairi, and Riku had a sort of cliche, Japanese best friends thing going on, where one guy gets jealous and the other gets the girl, but Axel/Lea Roxas, and Xion are so much more than that. They look to each other for more than just friendship, but guidance and other stuff as well. Axel is the person who taught Roxas really everything he knows, and Xion as well.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees SoKaiRi's relationship that way.

And I agree, they are a very sweet trio, I want to see more of them in the future games, somehow.

xD She's a character from Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, who was pretty much "retconned" into the series, but considering all the other similar instances in the series, I'm puzzled as to why THIS character is where people drew the line. x3
I happen to like Xion, but it's cool if people don't like her, because I understand why people wouldn't, but the game came out so long ago and people are STILL whining about it.
It seems like they're going to bring her back in a future game, though, so boy oh boy are those people going to seethe. x3
