I wanted to draw, but figuring out what to draw was the biggest problem.
So, I drew on the spot and ended up with a noble-looking dragon guy and a beaver gang kingpin.
How the latter came to be is a mystery.

Very interesting concepts. First of all, the top-right, in which it's great to see a different (pretty much unused) animal, and you've put some buck-teeth in so its easier to identify the species. He looks very overconfident, and has perfect reason to be with his large frame and snazzy outfit. For some reason, I can only imagine him sending out a few goons to do his dirty work while he pulls the strings out of sight, so maybe his smugness is just a front. That's probably a bit cliché, though; I can definitely see him taking one or two people down personally, with either his fists or most likely a gun. Either way, looks like someone who should be avoided, which is easy to say for all of these.
The two dragons on the left look as if they could be the same character, what with their serious and slightly haughty (taking the "sigh/huff clouds" into account) appearance. They seem to be almost as burly as the boss, but it's highly unlikely that they have the same personality. The one in the bottom left has a particularly creepy expression, almost as if it could be a gargoyle, and you've gotten too close to whatever it's guarding. That's all I can think of, but you can really take these characters further if you wanted to, especially the beaver. I see great potential in him. As always, your shading and colouring is very nice to look at.
