It's not different in a bad sense, but it clashes with the hand-drawn style in my opinion. One thing about your artwork that really strikes me is that despite the fact that it's hand-drawn it still looks exquisite while side-by-side with the digital art that's up here on FA, and it has a sense of old-school about it as well. The text instantly runs that feel off screaming because you now know that this has been modified via computer. I also personally think that the font choice is an odd one, albeit unique since most people I know who do comics would opt for "Comic Sans (unfiltered)". Also, I think the font could stand to be about one point smaller.
But that's just me. ^^;
