Baking soda is a fairly good absorbent for grease. Pour it over the patch, wait for it to clump up, and later the residue is easily removed using a comb. Or she can crew cut it off, depending her mood and what she finds stylish. :3

Huh! You've really though of everything!! I started writing a story about a female anthro lupine who's in high school, and helps her father in his mechanic's shop. I think I might use your baking soda trick! XD Good job!

I've never tried it myself though, it's one of those old wives tales sort of thing. >_< An alternative would be baby powder, or was that corn starch.
