Bottom right, looks like one of Lara's experiments went a little south or something...she needs to fix that before she eats any more, no more junk food in the lab, seriously, otherwise it could get contaminated with something that could cause a Leptin or Neuropeptide Y issue in the body, leading to unrestrained weight gain. Can't let that happen you know.
