History/Background:
"Kangee was born many years ago, his mother dying during labour do to how big Kangee was at birth,
his father and relatives of his parents past offspring where far ahead with the herd as his mother had to stop
in order to birth him. He laid there shivering in the cold deep snow of the woodland, his pelt still covered
by the birthing leftovers for his mother had not made it that long as to clean him.
But good faith made it that Kangee was not left alone in the woodland. Another Doe who had birthed not long before
began to travel past when she noticed the remains of Kangee's mother.
She stopped to look after she noticed what had caused Kangee's mother's death birth, surely she believed
a calf was nearby, she called out for it, and carefully Kangee made his way from the thick underbrush
of a downed Pine Tree. The Doe (Mackawi) noticed him and took him in, cleaning him of the afterbirth
remains and feeding him of some of her mother's milk.
Instantly as they traveled to return to the herd of others the two Kangee and his adopted mother's
daughter made friends, knowing they where not true siblings they would be inseparable as
brother and sister know matter what, for as long as they both lived on. When the doe had returned
with the herd and the two had greeted others they had never seen she went right to who she
was sure was Kangee's father.
She told Kangee's father the story and the Tall Bull looked over Kangee as he shivered in fear, he trotted
around Kangee making sure Kangee did not have an extra limb or anything of the sort. When he was
finally satisfied with the way Kangee look he granted the doe's wish of raising him as her own,
but with that the father named Kangee himself.
Kangee lived many years with the herd, travelling back and forth in Winter and Summer to the
best possible feeding grounds for the herd that only continued to grow. Kangee never fathered any
offspring for he stayed close to his adopted sister. But she however finally brought into the
world a calf of her own. Like any other Caribou she stayed behind to birth the calf. Birthing she lost
a majority of her blood and was weak, but somehow she made it to the herd again calling out
for Kangee and not the father. He came to her, she spoke and told him to take the calf,
find another to raise him and she laid down to rest forever more.
Kangee respected her dying wish and brought her to his adopted mother first who by now had birthed
five calves of her own, there like his father had done she looked the new calf over and
made sure he was in good conditions for the hard life that would follow him in the snow. She granted
him the right to decide upon any doe to raise the newborn. Kangee brought it to one who was just
a little younger to himself, she had a calf of her own, she had shown Kangee attention and
affection. He knew she would take him, and that was what she did.

Eventually Kangee broke off from the herd he was born to along with a few others including that
doe, and his sister's son as well as quite a few others, this was all do to the herd being
to big for all to safely and securely travel. Kangee was much older by then, and still fathered
no offsprings of his own. Without offspring his lineage would not travel on, but he was okay with this,
and retired to become an elder like his adopted mother had done before him, something
he was sure his sister would have been proud of him to do.
Soon after he crossed by a fawn of only a few months, her name she said was Aiyanna, and she
could not remember who her parents where never-the-less that didn't matter for he
knew they where long gone by the remaining tracks left, this time he took her in and did
not send her to a doe to raise for she was already weened by what he could tell.
In the end he had been a father of an adopted child.

Interview:
So let's begin, what's your name?:
My name is Kangee Sicheii.
What a lovely name Kangee, what does it mean?
Kangee means Raven do to my dark coat, and Sichei means Grandfather a
name given to me by the other herd members as well as my sister's son's
offspring and Aiyanna.
Interesting, Very interesting, so Kangee do you have any nicknames?:
I do have nicknames, Kan and Gee, but I don't like being called them,
I'd appreciate it if you just called me Kangee.
So formal Kangee, but very well. - What is your favorite memory?:
It would be back when me and my sister where very young, we had traveled with
the herd to the summer and spring feeding grounds, I favour the whole time there
we chased butterflies and ate flowers not trampled by the hooves of all the others.
We also had a lot of fun with the other calves.
Adorable Kangee, simply adorable. - And your worst memory?:
I would rather not go into detail with this but it would be seeing my sister weak and helpless
when she came to me with her son, of course her son was a blessing but I wish I could
have done something to save her.
Perhaps we shouldn't have brought that up - Do you have a mate Kangee?:
No, I do not have a mate, I'm unsure if I will look for one.
What's your favorite season?:
I'd say summer right after we finish our migration.
The season you like the least of all:
Hunting season of course
Your Favorite Holiday:
Hm, isn't this obvious? My favorite is Christmas, why?
well because we get to be the center of attention of course
