With the growing need for even bigger firepower to destroy Collective tanks, structures, and even infantry, the UNMD gave a blank check to Vurvak Industries; thus the Ravager was born.
Equipped with a massive 250mm smooth bore cannon designed to fire massive depleted uranium shells at subsonic speeds, the Ravager leads the way in land based destruction. The entire vehicle is designed around the gun, and operates on a breach loading recoil system. When a round is fired, the entire center section of the tank recoils with the gun, this is so the vehicle does not tear itself apart when firing this starship worthy cannon.
The vehicle is incredibly cumbersome, and is immobile when firing, as well as lacking its own turret, meaning the crew must constantly adjust the tank's heading to land hits on the target. Despite many shortcomings, the VC-250 has proved itself to be instrumental in the destruction of entire Collective advances. Armed with its own point defenses, and usually escorted by several other squads of tanks and infantry, Ravagers can punch massive holes into the enemy forces, crippling them quickly and efficiently.
With how massive the gun is, it is also incredibly accurate, though with the tradeoff of incredibly light armor and low ammo. Constant resupply stops must be made between conflicts, but aspiring pilots need not fear TOO much, out of the 250 that have been built so far, only 10 have been lost. Despite not being armed for self sufficiency, these weapons have garnered a reputation for being "rather lucky" in battle.
I based this bad boy off of the MZ-8 Pulse Cannon from Star Wars :3 I think it's a rather fitting edition to the UNMD armored corp.

Probably wouldn't need to be stealthy with how big it is xP
And yes, aiming is hard, but the entire system IS designed around the gun, so it's got targeting computers and all that. The barrel is not COMPLETELY stationary, it can move on its own, albeit only a little bit for fine tuning.

hmm, so it's a gun on wheels, not bad, as the A-10 warthog, but i don't know the american measurements, so 55km/h sounds slow when thinking "irl" tanks easily does 80
but then again, i do not k now what terrain this is made for, also, it cannot be for too rough terrain, thinking about the fact that the big barrel is so low

Gun on wheels pretty much says it all, speed is definitely not this weapon's strongpoint, American Tanks like the Abrams do around 40 mph or 64 kph, the terrain for this thing is probably best left at urban or flat lands, maybe hills if it's lucky.
Also the A-10 Warthog is an airplane...o-o
