She was a bit nervous as I was fiddling with the camera, and the rest of the herd were a bit far away, so she was kind of alone with the scary person who was fiddling with something she did not know. :)

I long for the day when I can afford to commission an absolutely realistic fursuit of my anthro bull self. It'd be very interesting to see how the cows would react, since I wish to have a fully bovine-shaped head, with the eyes being properly placed.

One of these days, I will have a pasture full of Charolais. My family raised Charolais before the land was sold and divided.

Wonderful! Charolais is my favourite breed, although it shares this number one spot with two other breeds; Limousin and Black Angus. :)

Fav breed is the Belted Galloway. They are soooo fluffly, and always draw attention, always drawing the same statement, "oh, look at the oreo cows".
I have a soft spot for Texas longhorns. They are badass and tougher than nails. I watched a one of my uncles longhorns rip into a bmw trunk to get to a sack of sweet feed. The bull tore through the sheet metal like a can opener. I was not about to get in between the bull and the car!

I took care of a herd of Galloway one year... some of them were belted and some were pure black. Yeah, some of them were quite social and had nice personalities, so yeah, they're a lovely breed too.

I don't think we have any Texas Longhorns here in Sweden. At least I've never seen any here.

Yup, nice winter-fur. Although it would have looked even better if we haven't just had a 4-week period of temperatures above freezing, with rain, and muddy pastures. :)

If she'd been mine I would have groomed and brushed her. :)

And yes lol always curious and often shy with some breeds but sweet and affectionate once they warm up to you a wonderful companion any bovine makes and I can't wait to own some with my boyfriend :)

You are so very right about this, and I hope you will get some lovely four-legged companions of various species, once you two live together and have the opportunity to get animals of your own. :)

Glad we are in agreement! :P all various four legged (and some two legged would love to have some eggs on our farm! :P) will be lovely additions and I wish you the same happiness hehe. It will be an expensive journey and a hard one everyday full of chores but it will be a labor of love and one we both look forward to both the hard and easy times!

Expensive, yes, and a lot of work, but most often the hard work is worth it in the long run. :)

I certainly miss the majority of the outdoors chores I had when I had the farm. But I know I will get a farm again, sooner or later, so I can be patient until I find the right farm, for a price I can afford.

My priority number one is obviously having a few cows and/or bulls, and I would be happy with that, but then I have other goals, that might be more unrealistic, should I somehow have the space and/or money to get other species as well. I'll see that as a great bonus if it becomes possible.

Yes they are. Chickens and or Guinea Fowl would be great for us. Mainly because we would like a garden and Guinea Fowl eat bugs :)

Yes it is. Totally worth it and when you love something enough the work is more fun than it is work :)

Aww yea same here. Want to find one that is not too big not too small and a good price. It will be a few years before we seriously look into them but it has to be perfect and feel right and also be good for our animals as well.

That would be cool to have a bonus as well! Ours we were looking for Goats and Alpacas. But hope to possibly have some Mini Cattle especially Zebu, Mini Horses a Rottie or two and some fowl :)
