Found out my baby girl has cancer in her hind leg. Gonna put her down soon, and I'm 360 miles away. To cheer myself up, I decided to experiment! This is my firs mixed media of marker and gouache. I'm real pleased with how it came out, despite the few mistakes (such as her right eye). I'll have to draw a bigger image next time. :)
