Defective Cheshire Cat Masks- Get them out of here! (sold ou
Update: No longer Available, they are sold out. I did not want to delete the post because so many people had Favorited it.
So as some remember, in the summer I made a cheshire cat gas mask half mask. School quickly rolled in and I had very little time to cast. During the fall semester I tried to do it when the day was warmest in the middle of the day, but due to my novice level of resin casting, bad work area, and other factors... I ended up with a bunch of very weak blanks. It was a learning experience in how not to cast. So these are my defective masks. 3 have already been claimed, so these are the last 4. The few that came out correctly were used for orders I already had.
THESE ARE DEFECTIVE! THERE ARE AREAS THAT ARE WOBBLY OR THINNER THAN THEY SHOULD BE! THIS IS BUYER BEWARE!
But- they need to leave. I have no use for them, and i'm sure if someone was careful you could get some use out of these. When it gets warmer/ when I have more time I will legitimately try again to cast more of these properly. Especially since I have had some proper instruction now. >facepalm<
I am asking $15 a mask, with $10 shipping. Message in comments to claim yours and then I will note you. Its first come first served. Please have Paypal. And once you buy one and its shipped I will not do returns or refunds on these because they are defective to start.
All masks have air-holes drilled in nose and mouth, have head-tie holes on the sides and are sprayed with a white primer.

By the way, thank you for the suggestion, it is a good suggestion. I apologize if i sounded gruff earlier... I am very tired and honestly not having my head on straight. I re-read my comment from earlier and realized i sounded a bit blunt and harsh. I apologize for that- I do think it is a great idea, but I just dont have the time to implicate it myself... and thats probably why I got defensive. But actually all the holes drilled are drilled in the space between the teeth, so if someone wanted to do that idea on these they most surely could with about an hour, a careful hand, heat gun and an exacto blade. It would look more natural to have them as diamond shapes between the teeth.
