The IC&E Used to be called the I&M Rail link and was under the Montana Rail Link. But when the Dakota Minnesota and Eastern bought the regional out, they simply renamed the company Iowa Chicago and Eastern. Now both railroads are owned and operated by Canadian Pacific, and Hunter Harrison (CEO of CP) Is trying to sell the DM&E portion of the two railroads.
