HI TOOTSIE!!! Reminds me of the tootsie roll... such a cute character though. This was a purchase made on eBay the other day. They wanted me to make their OC ( original character ) and so that's what i did. This one was a bit tricky getting the zig zag into the mane and tail but I think it came out great. If you are interested in these costumes I make and would like one then go to my journal or send me a note. ^^
