Also I am waaayyyy jealous you've gotten to see them live. I've got my eye out and next time they come to NY I am so there.
They remind me of GWAR too so I know their live shows must be crazy. They're all adorable.

I have this Aquabats hat that looks like Lil Bat that my friend made for me
And he was all "Nice hat! -missing tooth grin-" It was kinda epic
AND DUDE . You need to do it! They are fantastic live. They put on this crazy awesome stage show. And are just all around great guys. It's a very fun time!

With GWAR same thing, if you ever get a chance to go see them its worth it. All the members are sweet as pie and if you don't mind getting dirty you couldn't go to a more fun show. The costumes make it so playful and hilarious.
I imagine its the same way with the bats. Next time they come to NY I'm ALL over that.

Definitely an amazing band to see play live.
When I went to see them play at BB King's, they had a children crowd surfing race! They had two inflatable rafts that they put kids in and sent out over the crowd to surf to the back of the venue and back to the stage. It was actually really epic because the crowd was so careful with the kids, and then they let both kids hang out on stage for a bit after that.
